A limited edition release from AMASS, Mushroom Reserve 030 presses forward in our exploration of classic spirits made using adaptogenic ingredients.

Building upon the Reishi and Lion's Mane mushrooms found our in award-winning Dry Gin, Master Distiller Morgan McLachlan takes the additional step of infusing Mushroom Reserve 030 with Shiitake mushrooms as well as Cacao and Bergamot. These complex flavors come together during 90 days of mingling in charred, New American Oak barrels.

The result is a deeply rich, earthy flavor balanced by light, floral and citrus notes. Perfect for sipping neat or enjoying in elevated cocktails.

Balanced yet complex, AMASS Dry Gin shines on its own while also mixing and melding in all your favorite gin cocktails. To bring out the botanicals, stir together a Spanish-style G&T with fresh sprigs of rosemary, grapefruit peel, and a squeeze of lime.

  • Gin for the age of Aquarius.

  • You'd be hard pushed to come across a bottle of gin as stylish and slickly designed.

  • Fresh floral aromas contrast against notes of dark chocolate and citrus zest in a soft and sublime finish [in this California gin].

  • Just as good in a martini as it is with seltzer and a lime.

  • This contemporary gin beautifully captures California terroir in the glass.

Loving it!

I drank it neat first and it's spicy notes reminded me of a rye so I used it in a Manhattan. It was delicious in both. I've already recommended it to several friends.

NOT SURE IF THE NAME IS APPEALING TO EVERYONE BUT IT MADE ME CURIOUS!

Excellent flavor! I would buy it again.

Juniper

Juniper (Juniperus communis) is the defining botanical in gin. In fact, the word gin itself is short for the Dutch word jenever, meaning juniper. A member of the Cupressaceae family, juniper berries give the spirit its signature piney, citrusy taste; essentially, they make gin taste like gin.
