INGREDIENTS

2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
4 oz Tonic Water of choice
Sprig of Rosemary
Grapefruit Peel
Cucumber Peel
Lime Wheel

RECIPE

Start with a large balloon glass; stem or stemless. Fill with ice and put aromatics into glass-rosemary, grapefruit peel, cucumber, and lime.

Pour gin over the aromatics. Then, using a bar spoon, pour tonic water down over the spoon. Top with garnishes and serve.
