INGREDIENTS
3 oz AMASS Riverine
0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
0.75 oz Lime Juice
3 Cucumber Slices, plus some for garnish
5 Mint Leaves, plus some for garnish
Club Soda

Recipe
Slice cucumber and gather your mint leaves, then muddle cucumber and mint in your mortar. Transfer cucumber and mint to your shaker, then add lime juice, simple syrup, AMASS Riverine, and ice. Short shake to integrate ingredients, and then strain into your chosen glassware. Top with club soda and garnish with cucumber and mint.
