Thorny Rose

INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
2 oz Grapefruit Juice
0.25 tsp Rosewater
4 oz Tonic Water
Grapefruit Wedges and Rose Petals, for garnish

RECIPE
In a cocktail shaker add a handful of ice, Dry Gin, grapefruit juice and rosewater. Shake to combine then pour into a glass of ice. Top with tonic water and garnish with grapefruit wedges and rose petals.

Just Friends

Pink Lady

INGREDIENTS
10.5 oz AMASS Dry Gin
0.5 oz Applejack
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Grenadine
1 Egg White
Luxardo Maraschino Cherry, for garnish

RECIPE
Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into a glass and garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Chocolate Martini

INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Botanic Vodka
1 oz Baileys Irish Cream
1 oz Chocolate Liqueur
1 Tbsp Chocolate Syrup or Ganache
Cocoa powder, for garnish

RECIPE
Add Botanic Vodka, Bailey's, chocolate liqueur, and chocolate syrup or ganache into a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled then strain into a martini glass. Dust with cocoa powder and serve.
