A French 75 is one of those cocktails best drank while wearing a fur coat in a low-lit room. It's classy. It's simple. It's, dare we say, a little sexy. And it's almost as easy to make at home as it is to wave down a bartender and say, slyly, "Make it a 75." Just don't forget your (faux) fur coat.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz AMASS Dry Gin
0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Champagne
Lemon Twist, for garnish
RECIPE
Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice until the shaker is very cold. Strain through a Hawthorne strainer, top with Champagne, and garnish with a lemon twist.
